The reception is open every day from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
On arrival, please register at the reception.
You will receive a camping pass and can use all the camping facilities even if your accommodation or pitch is not yet ready.

Please remember that on departure day the accommodation is available for you until 9 a.m. and the pitch until 12 noon.
After that time, we ask you to leave the accommodation, return the camping passes, the key of your accommodation and the air conditioning card to the reception.
We suggest you to pay the balance of the stay the day before you leave.
The cash desk is open from 8 a.m. to 12 noon and from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
You can pay by credit/debit card or cash.

At the Customer Care office you can ask tourist information, buy public and private transport tickets, air conditioning and WiFi cards, book a taxi, rent cars…
It is open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and our staff is always at your disposal during your holiday.

From 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. and from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. it is not allowed to use the car in the campsite.
You can always get around on foot or by bike, but if you want to leave the campsite by car, please park your car in the car park near the reception before the gate bars close.
Respecting the silence time also means do not disturb neighbours, lower volume or turn off radios and tv, avoid loud games…

On arrival, we will ask your friends who are coming to visit you and not staying at the campsite, to register at the reception and hand in their documents.
They must park their car outside the campsite and enter on foot from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. The visit is free for 1 hour, if they stay longer they will pay the price per person as stated on the price list.
From July 1st to August 31st visitors are allowed from Monday to Friday, excluding week-ends, holidays and pre-holidays.

Minors than 18 years old must be accompanied and they have to stay with parents or other adults legally responsible for them.
Parents are directly responsible for their children’s behaviour and must look after and supervise their children especially inside the toilet building, on the beach, in the swimming pool and at the playground.

To let all guests have a pleasant and safe holiday, we ask you to respect some important rules: do not do barbecue, don’t leave candles or mosquito coils unattended, don’t exceed the speed limit of 10 km/h in the campsite.

We have chosen not to accept guests travelling with animals as we are not adequately equipped to welcome them in the best way and offer everyone a pleasant holiday.

The beach in front of the campsite has a lifeguard service.
The flying red flag is a danger signal and indicates that it is forbidden to swim in the sea.

The swimming pools are open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and have a lifeguard service. The opening timings can change according to weather conditions and period of the season.
We have two groups of swimming pools, one near the restaurant and one in the pinewood.
In both areas there are swimming pools for adults (H. 1,20 / 1,40 m.) and shallow swimming pools ideal for children (H. 0,30 / 0,50 m).
Children must always be accompanied by their parents.

The sickroom, located close to the Reception, is open from mid-May to mid-September at the following times: 9 a.m.-12 noon and 3 p.m.-6 p.m.
The opening time might be changed during the season.
Private doctor is available on request and on payment.

On arrival day the accommodation will be ready at 18.
If you arrive early, you can immediately check-in at the reception and then go to the beach, to the swimming pool and use all campsite facilities. On departure day the accommodation is available for you until 9 a.m.

The number of people who are staying in the accommodation can’t exceed its maximum capacity.
Extra services: bed linen and towels, baby cots, high chairs and bed rails are extra services on payment to be booked in advance.

On arrival day the pitch will be ready at 12 noon and on departure day is available for you until 12 noon.
The pitches cannot be occupied by more than 6 people (including infants).
The prices are related to a camping pitch fitted with a 220 volts/10 ampere power supply, parking space for one car and water connection (according to the specific features of the booked pitch) 10% Vat is included in the price. Under no circumstances uninhabited caravans or tents are allowed to remain on the pitch.

The price of the stay remains the same as established at the moment of reservation.
If on the arrival day you do not show up and you have a reservation confirmed with a deposit paid, your accommodation/pitch will be at your use for 3 nights, then we will cancel the reservation and keep the deposit.
In case of cancellation: you can cancel your booking until 14 days before the arrival and we will refund the deposit already paid, deducting 20€ as administration costs.
From the 13th day before the arrival, we will keep the deposit.
