Opening hours: from 7.30 a.m. to 10.00 p.m.

Everybody who enters or stays in the campsite has to be registered at the reception.

On arrival, guests must provide an identity document and sign the “Arrival Declaration” required for registration under Italian law. By signing you accept these regulations. A personal camping pass will be given to each guest to use when entering and leaving the campsite, and to be shown at the moment of payment.

Opening hours: From 8.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon and from 4.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m.

You can pay your stay cash or with the most important credit cards (Visa, American Express, MasterCard).

For booking excursions to Venice and surroundings, sale of bus tickets, phone cards, stamps, postcards, guides, hire of camp cots, high chairs, various kind of information…

Day silence time: 1.00 p.m.- 3.00 p.m. Night silence time: 11.00 p.m.- 7.30 a.m.

During these periods the campsite gate bars are closed and it is forbidden to use motor vehicles inside the campsite and have radios and TVs on at high volume.

Visitors are only admitted on foot, from 9.00 a.m. to 9.00 p.m.

Their car must be parked outside the campsite and the Management will not be held responsible for it. Visitors during the period from 01.07 to 30.08 are admitted from Monday to Friday, excluding week-ends, holidays and pre-holidays.

The visitors must hand in their documents on arrival and pay the camping tariffs at the cash desk (8.00 a.m.- 12.00 noon and 3.00 p.m.- 7.00 p.m.) if they stay longer than one hour.

Minors than 18 years old must be accompanied and they have to stay with parents or other adults legally responsible for them. Parents must control and supervise their children particularly inside the toilets building, on the beach, in the swimming pool and at the playground... and they are directly responsible for their children’s behaviour.

Each guest must take care of his/her own valuables. The Management declines every responsibility for losses and thefts of valuables or for damages caused by bad weather or act of God.

- To damage the plants and flowers

- To dig holes in the road and pitches

- To light fires

- To have barbecues/grills

- To hang ropes and awnings from the trees

- To tamper with the equipment for communal use

- To leave rubbish outside the provided containers

- To wash dishes and clothes outside the provided sinks

- To wash your car in the Camper Service area.

 

The Management reserves the right to turn away the customers who disturb the other people's tranquillity or do not respect the regulations of the campsite.

 

Animals are not allowed.

We remind guests that, for the safety of their holiday, the speed limit inside the campsite is 10 km/h.

A lifeguard assistance service controls the beach in front of the campsite according to the standard in force. The flying red flag is a danger signal and indicates that it is forbidden to swim in the sea.

The swimming pools of the camping are not for professional use. They are provided with a lifeguard service and are closed one day a week for maintenance.

Swimming pools for adults: 31m x 15m, depth 1,20m / 1,40m

Swimming pools for children: 15m x 15m, depth 0,40m / 0,5m.

The sickroom is opened every day from the beginning of June to mid-September from 9.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon and from 3.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m. Private doctor available on request and on payment.

  1. The accommodation is available from 6.00 p.m. of the first day of booking and must be vacated by 9.00 a.m. on the last day of booking.
  2. In the event of late arrivals or early departures for whatever reason not attributable to the campsite management (including damages, bad weather, illness, waivers, etc.) the customer must pay for the whole booked period.
  3. In case of non-arrival, booking confirmed with a deposit will be valid for 3 days (e.g.: for bookings with arrival date August 1st, the accommodation will be held until 6.00 p.m. on August 4th). After 3 days the booking will be cancelled and the deposit will not be returned.
  4. Deposits will be returned only for cancellations made at least 30 days before the foreseen arrival date. The Direction will deduct the amount of 20,00€ from the deposit paid as costs for the return.
  5. The Camping Management guarantees the period of stay and type of accommodation, but not the number.
  6. Prices include free parking for one car, water, electricity, gas and 10% VAT. Daily visitors are not included in the price of accommodation.
  7. Each accommodation can’t host a greater number of people than the one established by the Camping Management, otherwise the booking will be cancelled on site.
  8. Linen, baby cots and high chairs are optional services, which have to be booked and paid extra. Sun umbrellas and lounges are not provided.
  9. Any variations in the cost of the stay must be settled at the time of payment.
  10. The price list and the campsite regulations form an integral part of the booking conditions stated herein.

  7. The pitches cannot be occupied by more than 6 people, otherwise the booking will be cancelled on site.
  8. Under no circumstances uninhabited caravans or tents are allowed to remain on the pitch.
  9. Any variations in the cost of the stay must be settled at the time of payment.
