Located in the same building of the Reception, the Customer Care office is main reference point of our guests, during the holiday.
It’s the place where a multilingual, friendly and helpful staff will be available for you for whatever needs or just to advise you among different activities, excursions and services arranged to let you spend a pleasant holiday.

- tourist information (events and place to visit in the surroundings)

- tickets for public and private transport (bus, boat to Venice, airport transfer)
- Wi-Fi cards and clima cards for the air conditioning
- taxi and airport transfer bookings
