Medical assistance
To ensure our guests enjoy a pleasant and worry-free stay, Camping Ca’ Savio has a nurse and a private doctor on hand to deal with minor health issues. In the event of an emergency, there is a first aid point and an ambulance service available in the Cavallino-Treporti area.
Free on-site medical service
For common needs, such as a dressing or assistance with minor ailments, you can consult our nurse. This service is particularly convenient – especially for families with children – as it provides access to medical care right on site.
Where and when
- The nurse is generally available in the mornings and afternoons from mid-May to mid-September (please check with reception for the latest opening hours).
- This free service is available to all guests in the main building, next to Reception.
- If you do not speak Italian or English, please visit Reception or the Customer Care office, where our staff will be happy to assist you.
- In the centre of Ca’Savio, at about 1,5 km from the campsite, there is also a first aid point for emergencies. It is open 24h a day from May to September, and has medical and nursing staff, as well as an interpreting service available.
- In the event of an emergency, an ambulance service is available in the Cavallino-Treporti area, linked to the main hospitals in the region (Venice-Mestre, S. Donà di Piave, etc.), some of which are equipped with air ambulance services.
In the area of Cavallino-Treporti there are 4 pharmacies:
- Centre of Ca’Savio (about 1,5 km from the campsite and easily reached in 10-15 minutes’ walk)
- Treporti (about 3 km)
- Ca’ Ballarin
- Centre of Cavallino.
Information about opening times of pharmacies during working days and on week-end are available at the Customer Care Office of the campsite.
