Reception

In our reception, a wide space with natural light and surrounded by the nature, you will meet a friendly staff dedicate to you, not only at the time of check-in or check-out but also during your holiday.

  • Check-in area

    Open from 7.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m. with multilingual staff available during all day.

  • Check-out area

    With a cash desk for paying for your stay, before departure, open from 08 a.m. to 12 noon and from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.

  • Tour Operator area

    Dedicated desks for Tour Operators present in the campsite.

  • Customer Care office

    The office provides information about surroundings and places to visit, as well as tickets for public transports or excursions. It can also assist you with any other requests you may have during your stay.

  • Outdoor square

    We know that you might be tired after a long drive when you arrive, so having a coffee while the kids eat an ice-cream might be the first thing you want to do on holiday. There’s a bar just next to the reception with outdoor tables and chairs where you can sit down and relax.
