Below you find some of the most frequently asked questions related to bookings, ways of payment and general terms and conditions.

Can I change/amend my booking?

Yes, you can always change your booking before arriving without any costs or extra. You can do this by contacting our Booking Office. We remind you that some changes are subject to availability and that changes in the type of accommodation/pitches, arrival and/or departure dates, the addition of extra services may result in a change in the total price of the holiday.

When do I have to pay my deposit?

You will not necessarily have to pay the deposit at the time of booking, you have 21 days to pay it, by bank transfer or credit card/Paypal. We have also indicated the deadline for payment in the email we send you with all the details of your holiday, so you don’t have to worry about forgetting it.

How much is the deposit?

The deposit is just 30% of the value of your holiday and you can make the payment by bank transfer to the bank details indicated by email or directly online, by credit card/Paypal in an easy and secure way.

When do I have to pay the balance of my holiday?

You will not have to pay the balance of your holiday before arrival, you can pay it during your stay at the campsite with a credit card and debit card at the cash desk.

Can I cancel my reservation free of charge?

Yes, you can cancel your reservation free of charge up until 7 days before the arrival date. And the paid deposit will be reimbursed to you. We retain a 20,00€ reduction as administration cost.

Can I cancel my reservation less than 7 days before arrival?

Yes, but we recommend you to always check with our booking staff for alternative options to cancellation, including moving the holiday dates to another period of the season, in order not to lose the deposit already paid.

What happens in case of a no-show?

In case of no-show on the day of arrival, the reservation will be cancelled immediately, Camping Ca’Savio will treat the amount of the deposit already paid and no further payments will be requested from the customer.
