Day trip to Venice and the Islands

We suggest a boat trip to explore Venice and the islands of the lagoon: a comfortable and enjoyable way to visit Murano, Burano and Torcello, alternating between sailing and stops on the islands.

The excursion is organised in collaboration with “Turistica Penzo” and takes place aboard the motor vessel “New Pirata”. On board, there is a dining room, a panoramic deck, a bar service, background music, a telephone and toilets. The motor vessel can accommodate up to 250 passengers.

The itinerary

The tour takes in some of the most famous islands in the Venetian Lagoon, each with its own distinct character.

Murano is world-renowned for its glassmaking, a craft tradition that is deeply rooted in the island’s history. Burano immediately captivates visitors with its colourful houses and lively atmosphere, which is also linked to its ancient lace-making tradition. Torcello, quieter and more intimate, has a different kind of charm, characterised by silence, nature and ancient remains of the lagoon.

Overall, this tour offers the chance to experience three different sides of Venice and its islands in a single day.
