Milestones in our journey

In 2025, we opened the Experience Lab, a new space within the campsite which, through digital technologies, immersive experiences and sensory workshops, invites guests to discover nature and the Cavallino-Treporti area.

Our holiday offering is evolving and, from 2022, with the introduction of the first Lodges, it is enriched with accommodation that blends seamlessly into the landscape. In the Lodges, the materials and colours are inspired by the surroundings; the contemporary design and spacious interiors are designed to create continuity between indoors and outdoors and offer an experience in complete harmony with nature.

At the campsite, you’ll find the ‘Stepping Stones’: milestones on a constantly evolving journey that highlight the concrete steps we’ve already taken to reduce our environmental impact and make your holiday more sustainable.

It’s a constantly evolving journey, developed in collaboration with the Monviso Institute.

We have built a new supermarket just a stone’s throw from reception to ensure you can find fresh food, local fruit and vegetables, and quality takeaway dishes from the deli.

We have redesigned the campsite entrance and created a modern, welcoming reception area that blends into the landscape, with plenty of light and space. This is so that we can convey the values we believe in and let you experience the green surroundings from the moment you arrive.

We have listened to our guests and, to best respond to their requests, we have set up the Customer Care Office.

A big change and a leap into the future took place in ’92 with the construction of the swimming pools: two large areas featuring numerous pools and water features.

Ca’Savio has always been about family camping, and by the late 80s we had introduced kids’ entertainment, the first play area and mini-golf.

Our campsite has changed a lot over the years. We started out with canvas bungalows, then added chalets and mobile homes too.

Our first guests are true pioneers, travelling in small cars packed with luggage and carrying just a tent for their seaside holiday!

The facilities were basic, and the equipped pitches of today did not yet exist. However, guests loved the wide open spaces, the sand everywhere, and the intense sun, which was softened only by the shade of young trees.

The first structures were bungalows built on stilts right on the beach, offering stunning sea views.
