The stepping stones that shape our pathway
On our journey, we have found ourselves asking one question time and time again: what does it mean to be a forward-looking campsite?
To find the answer, we decided to stop, contemplate and reimagine Camping Ca’Savio as a living ecosystem, where people, nature and the land can interact every day.
This process of reflection allowed us to create a pathway paved with concrete actions and conscious choices, which form our “Stepping Stones”: places, spaces and experiences within the campsite that reflect our particular commitment to the future, our care for our guests, and our dedication to the land.
Towards a new level of awareness
We have realised that many of the decisions we made in the past were consistent with our identity and values. In fact, these decisions marked the beginning of a journey in which we place the environment, respect for the local area, and people’s well-being at the heart of everything we do.
We have supplemented our existing initiatives with new actions and ideas to build an increasingly responsible and environmentally conscious campsite.
We have named this journey, shaped by past, present and future choices: Stepping Stones.
What do Stepping Stones mean to us?
The Stepping Stones are places, experiences and spaces that you can find within the campsite, all marked with signs. There is no predefined pathway: you can explore freely and follow your own curiosity.
These may be natural areas, such as the Garden with its biodiversity or the Dunes on the beach; activities, such as visiting the Experience Lab, playing games at the Green Club or going on bike rides; or accommodation that offers a new way to experience nature, such as the tents in the Nordisk Village or the Lodges.
Each Stepping Stone has its own story: on the dedicated webpage, you can find information, pictures and hints to delve a little deeper.
Explore the property's points of interest

Lodge
The accommodations that express the search for balance and harmony between nature and living comfort. Every element, from layout, to materials, to design, speaks with the landscape and seeks to make guests feel an integral part of the place.
Nordisk Village
From the meeting between our Camping and Nordisk, a Danish outdoor company, came the idea of creating a low environmental impact glamping, able to combine comfort, design and sustainability.
Reception
Represents the first step of a broader renewal process involving the whole campsite, characterized by a design that has its roots in seeking a harmonious relationship between man and nature.
Play
At Camping Ca’Savio the entertainment activities are designed for fun, to unleash creativity and bring children closer to nature. We organise only open air days, where everyone can move a lot, observe and learn while having fun.
Experience Lab
The Experience Lab is the place to embark on a journey of discovery of the territory, its history and nature through the senses.
Garden
Here, the hundreds of perennial plants, inserted among the existing trees, have given rise to an environment rich in biodiversity, with bees and butterflies, with blooms from spring through autumn.
Water
Water is one of the most precious elements of our planet, essential for human life and the environment.
Inner well-being
A small green space, inside the campsite and very near the sea, where to slow down and listen to yourself.

The bicycle is the ideal means of transport for a camping vacation: a sustainable, fun and healthy way to move outdoors, and explore the territory at the pace you prefer.
Starry sky
Our beach, intentionally left without artificial light, invites you to raise your gaze to observe the constellations, shooting stars in August, or simply to enjoy the darkness in silence.
Dune
Born from combinations of tides, winds and plants that trap sand, the dunes of our beach are precious for the ecosystem and rich in biodiversity.
