How to get to the Islands of the Lagoon
The Treporti port, around 5 km from the campsite, is the most convenient starting point for exploring the lagoon. From here, you can take a boat to Vignole, Sant’Erasmo, Burano, Mazzorbo and Murano. Spend the day exploring the narrow streets, lagoon vegetable gardens and colourful islands at your leisure.
How to reach the wharf
You can reach the port by bicycle, by car or by bus.
By car or by bike
- Go to the Ca’Savio centre
- Ride along via Treportina until you reach the centre of Treporti and cross the bridge
- Follow signs for “Ricevitoria“
By bus
- Take the bus, which leaves from the parking area outside the campsite or from Ca’Savio centre (Via Treportina)
Tickets
If you are moving by bus, you can buy tickets directly from the campsite’s Customer Care office.
Prices
- Children up to the age of 6 travel free of charge
- 24h ticket for bus + ship + water buses: 31 €.
If you would prefer to drive or cycle to the port of Punta Sabbioni, you will need to purchase a ferry ticket from the ACTV ticket office in Punta Sabbioni.
- One-way ticket: 9.50 €.
Organized excursion
If you’d prefer a ready-made option, you can join organised boat trips departing from Ca’Savio or Punta Sabbioni. This is a convenient way to reach Venice and the main islands of the lagoon without having to worry about timetables or tickets.
