We know that you are as excited as we are to welcome back travel, even if it looks a little different these days. We also understand that our guests’ expectations for cleaning and disinfection have changed, so our promise is to deliver the same level of reliable and friendly service you’d expect from us, with the added confidence of outstanding hygiene practices created to keep you safe.
The cleaning procedures are implemented according to best practise standards. Firstly, our cleaning protocol begins with our team removing all used items from the accommodation such as bedding and towels. Secondly, the team performs a full clean of the accommodation and bathroom including mopping floors and wiping down all surfaces with hospital-grade cleaners.
Then thirdly, using trusted products our team does an additional disinfecting step for several surfaces in the room, including: all switches and electronic controls, handles and knobs, major bathroom surfaces and the remote control. We also pay particular attention to our kitchen area, and item regularly used. Our outside furniture is also wiped down thoroughly.
Dispensers with hydro-alcoholic solutions for hands hygiene are located at the entrance and in several points and toilet facilities can be used keeping the minimum distances of one meter.
The general sanitization of sanitary fixtures carried out by specialized personnel using specific detergents and procedures, together with the natural air, guarantees the safety of users. We pay explicit attention to high-use areas like door handles, water taps and toilet seats.
We ensured adequate distances among guests inside the Reception, constant flow of natural air.
We advise 1 family member only to enter the reception to perform the check in and the check out. During night hours we completely clean and disinfect our reception using Ozon machine.
Hygiene products are available for customers and staff in several points of the restaurants, especially at the entrance and near the toilets. Reservations are recommended and not mandatory, but we always welcome walk-in guests. Our spacious outdoor seating area, allows for a safe dining experience. The staff are continuously disinfecting and cleaning the high use areas. Our menu is available with use of QR code.
We offer you as usual fresh bread, fruit and vegetables, gastronomy and take away food, however guests are mandatory to wear a facemask when entering. Indications inside or outside the supermarket will help assist you comfortably.
From 28 June 2021 it will not be compulsory to wear a mask outdoors. The recent instructions of the Italian health authorities oblige adults and children over 6 years old to wear facial masks inside buildings, like reception, supermarket and restaurant at all times and in all circumstances where it is not possible to maintain the adequate distance.
On the beach, in the sea, in the swimming pool, and during sports activities, the use of the mask is not compulsory, we ask you to behave responsibly, to supervise children and to respect the distance among people different from their own family nucleus and friends travelling together.
