Water is one of our planet’s most precious resources, essential to human life and ecosystems. Preserving it is a collective responsibility to ensure a sustainable future for generations to come, and every small action—from reducing waste to choosing mindful behaviours—can make a difference. Here at Camping Ca’ Savio, we want to do our part by promoting a culture of respect and the responsible use of water.
How do we preserve this fundamental resource?
Reducing waste with dispensers
The water dispensers across the campsite operate continuously, provide fresh drinking water without wasting a single drop, and help cut the use of plastic bottles.
Optimising irrigation in green areas
The careful selection of hardy perennial plants and trees suited to the local climate has enabled us to create green walls and extensive green spaces with an eye to water balance, and to install efficient, scheduled, predominantly drip‑irrigation systems.
Promoting responsible use
Alongside the progressive introduction of increasingly efficient and sustainable water‑management systems, we invite our guests—even while on holiday—to adopt small daily habits that can have a big impact on water consumption, both here and at home.

A project in continuous evolution
With the support of the Monviso Institute, our partner on the path to sustainability, we are assessing increasingly effective solutions to be introduced step by step. This is an ongoing project which, through significant reductions in water consumption, water reuse, and greater efficiency, will enable more responsible water management in the years ahead, combining innovation, awareness, and collaboration.

Even the simplest actions, repeated while on holiday, can have a concrete impact: filling bottles at the dispensers, turning off the tap while brushing your teeth, running the washing machine with full loads… The sum of many small actions can translate into major water savings
