We remind you that it is not allowed to drive inside the campsite from 11.00 p.m. until 07.00 a.m. because of the silence time. If you plan to leave earlier than 7.30 a.m., you can park your car the evening before within 11:00 p.m. in the (unguarded) parking place close to entrance of the campsite. The morning after you will have to reach your car on foot and then you can leave whenever you prefer. We kindly ask you to check at the Reception all the formalities required before your departure such as payment of the balance, delivery of the key and any other procedure.

We kindly ask you to vacate your accommodation/pitch within the time listed in the campsite regulation. You can leave your luggage in a dedicate area by the reception of the campsite and remain at campsite until your departure time to the airport. Please, take with you valuables and whatever you might need before the departure.

If you will arrive at night after 11 p.m., when the reception is already closed, nearby the entrance there will be our night staff to welcome you, check your reservation, make a quick registration and then guiding you to your accommodation. Please, show at our staff you booking confirmation or voucher and bring with Identity cards or passports of all party members. We remind you that the entrance barriers are closed from 23.00 to 7.00, therefore it is not allowed to drive inside the campsite.

The campsite reception is open from 07.00 am to 10.00 pm. In the months of June, July and August the reception is open until 11 pm.

At the arrival guests have to provide an identity document and sign the “Arrival Declaration” required for registration under Italian law. They will receive a personal camping pass that must be kept until the end of the stay, to enter or leave the campsite and to be recognized as campsite guests from our security staff.

We remind you to bring with your reservation or voucher and a valid identity document (ID, passport or driving licence) for every person (including children). If you travel by car or camping car you, please take note of its plate number, in order to register your vehicle at the Reception.

The ATVO bus tickets (single ticket to Jesolo = 2,70 €; single ticket to Punta Sabbioni = 2,50 €) are available at the Customer Care Office of the campsite or at the ticket dispenser nearby the bus stop. At the Customer Care office you can buy also combined rate tickets to Venice (24h tickets for bus + boat + water buses = 30,00€) and tickets for bus transfer to the airport (bus to Venice Marco Polo Airport = 5,00€).

The Bus stops (ATVO) to Jesolo and Punta Sabbioni are in the center of Ca’Savio, about 800 m far from the campsite. The bus to Jesolo and to Punta Sabbioni runs every 30 minutes.  The stop of the bus connection from/to the airport of  Venice and Treviso is located in front of the campsite entrance.

From the Venice or Treviso airport you can reach the campsite by bus, by taxi or by hiring a car.

No, since many years Camping Ca’Savio manages daily arrivals and there are no restrictions about the arrival and departure day. The only restrictions are due to real availability of accommodation/pitches and the minimum stay required according to the period of the season.

In order to confirm your reservation you must pay the deposit (30 % of the total amount of your holiday) within the terms indicated in the booking request.

Deposit will be returned only if booking cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to the foreseen arrival date. The Direction will deduct the amount of 20,00€ from the deposit paid, as costs for the return.

You must pay the balance of your holiday at the cash desk (8.00-12.00 and 16.00-19.00) of the campsite by credit cards (accepted VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS), debit cards (Maestro) or cash money.

Username and password are required to book on line and to enter in your private area, where you can update your profile with personal data, check your reservation and pay the deposit with credit card.

To enter in your "Login area" you can type username and password chosen when you did your online registration, just before completing you reservation. If you have booked through out booking office (over the phone or email), please, follow the instruction listed in the email notification which informs you that an account with your email address has been automatically created or contact us.

If would like to booked a pitch and you are travelling with a big caravan/motorhome/tent (caravan >  6,5 m long / camper van > 7 m long and more than 2,5 m high / trailer tent or tent of more than 30 mq) we kindly ask you to tell us in advance the right size, to give you a pitch suitable for your requirement.

The campsite management guarantees the type of pitch (A,B and C) but not the number. You can point out special needs and requirements, that we will try to fulfill as much as it would be possible.

No, it’s not allowed place tents nearby the accommodation. Tents and small tents can be set up only in the pitches area A, B and C and the campsite management can ask guests to immediately remove tents located outside the dedicate pitches.

Some accommodation are equipped with air conditioning system working with a prepaid card (10,00 € /20 hours and 20,00 € /40 hours of air conditioning), buyable at the Customer Care Office and not refundable.

All our accommodation are provided with refrigerator of different size and capacity.

The accommodation is available from 6:00 p.m. and pitches from 12:00 noon. If you will arrive before that time, please do the check-in at Reception and you will receive the key of your accommodation or you will reach your pitch, as soon as they will be available. Meanwhile you can use all campsite facilities as bar, restaurant, swimming pools, beach ecc... and start your holiday.

The accommodation must be vacated by 09:00 a.m. instead pitches by 12:00 noon on the last day of booking.

No. The final cleaning charge are compulsory and to grant a good standard of cleanliness, the final cleaning will be done at departure of previous guests by professional cleaning staff. We kindly ask you to empty the cupboards, the fridge and the bin, throwing away the rubbish in the proper container located nearby, wash the dishes and any kitchenware before you leave the accommodation.  

It is forbidden to enter the pool with inflatable objects, as mattresses and balls, and people are not allowed to dive, to jump, to run and to use radio in the swimming pool area. Swimming pools are not for professional use, the entrance is free of charge and swimming cap or special bathing suit are not required.

The beach in front of the campsite is free of charge.

The beach is free of charge and you can choose where to place parasol and deckchair. If you are not equipped, you can buy sun umbrella and deckchair at the Market of the campsite at reasonable prices.

In Ca' Ballarin (8 km) you can find tennis courts and in Jesolo you can play golf at “Jesolo Golf Club” (10 km).

No. Pets are not allowed in the campsite.

No, the campsite is not open all year but only in the summer season, from the beginning of May to the end of September.

The entrance and exit barriers are closed during the day from 1.00 p.m. to 3.00 p.m. and during the night from 11.00 p.m. to 07.00 a.m. During those times it is not allowed to drive inside the campsite.

It is absolutely forbidden:

• to damage plants and flowers
• to dig holes in the paths and in the pitches
• to light fires
• to barbecue
• to hang ropes and awnings from the trees
• to damage equipment for common use
• to leave rubbish outside the provided containers
• to wash dishes and clothes outside the provided sink
• to wash the car in the camper service area.

Minors than 18 years old must be accompanied and they have to stay with parents or other adults legally responsible for them. Parents must control and supervise their children, particularly inside the toilets building, on the beach, in the swimming pool and at the playground... and they are directly responsible for their children’s behaviour.

We remind you that 1 car is included in the price of your stay. The extra car can be parked on payment in the unguarded parking place (subject to availability) close to the entrance of the campsite.

No, for safety reasons barbecue it’s not allowed.

Accommodation are equipped only with pillows, whilst blankets can be requested for free (on availability) at the Reception. Bed linen and towels can be rented on payment and should be booked in advance.

In the campsite there is a cash machine, close to the Outdoor Market and bike rental. Outside the campsite, in the center of Ca’Savio there are 4 banks equipped with cash points.

Inside the Reception, by the Cash Desk ( 8.00 -12.00 and 16.00 -19.00) it’s possible to change English Pounds, US-Dollars, Danish Krone, Swiss Francs.

All main credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) are accepted as well as bank card (Maestro).

The customer care office provides tourist information and it is available for any kind of assistance. There you can buy tickets for public transport or entrance to museums, or book excursions to Venice and surroundings, or rent a car…

Yes, the restaurant’s menu offers dishes suitable to people who follow a vegetarian diet.

Yes, inside the Supermarket you can find a Gastronomy counter with Italian take-away specialities, hot and cold dishes ready to eat, and a counter with tasty take away pizzas.

From mid-May until mid-September are available in the campsite a sickroom, open both in the morning and afternoon, and a private doctor (on availability and on payment). In the center of Ca’Savio it is available also a First Aid point (H 24) for emergency, and in Cavallino a Tourist Medical service is open from June to September few kilometres far away from the campsite.

The nearest chemist’s shops  are in Ca’Savio (1 km), in Ca’Ballarin (6km) and in Cavallino (8 km).

The nearest hospital is in Jesolo Lido (20 km). In the center of Ca’Savio it’s available a First Aid point opened 24h a day, from mid of May to mid of September (opening dates might change).

The campsite ground is made up of an asphalt main road and other little street of sand and gravel. There are some roads with an uneven surface. Every toilet building is provided with bathroom for disabled persons. To go to the beach it is possible to use the access near the restaurant, but we remind you that the path is highly sloping and it is not paved until the shore. Near the restaurant there are 2 swimming pools, one for adults and another for children, and there is a third pool in the pinewood. At the entrance there are footbaths with a double ramp with a gradient of over 8%, but there is a side barrier providing passage for wheelchairs. There are flush floor showers with a slight gradient and non-slip surfaces.  The swimming pools are not equipped with hoist to access the water for wheelchair users. Restaurant/Pizzeria, Self-service, Bar and pub are all interconnected. The main entrance has 3 steps, but access via the outer terrace is free of obstacles. The passage from the terrace of the restaurant/pizzeria to the other areas has a gradient of 11%. There is no disabled toilet. The Reception building with the Customer Care office and the Supermarket, located nearby the entrance of the campsite are flat and accessible to disabled people on a wheelchair.

The campsite has only a few accommodation suitable for disabled people. We kindly ask you to contact us for more details and to check the availability.
